Seeds of Leadership 
This intensive professional development program is for mid-career engineers at the cusp of firm leadership and ready to think strategically about their careers but who need guidance.  
Personal, hands-on learning prepares engineering professionals to lead effectively. 
Interact with peers, be taught by leading AE experts in leadership development. 
Program Core Faculty
ACEC member executives and other speakers from the AE industry will also participate live online and in-person.
Building leadership skills step-by-step; creating a path to satisfy high-level client and firm expectations. 
Developing long-term financial value; creating a sustainable business based in a positive and healthy work culture. 
Improving firm agility to respond to market changes; understanding political influence and advocacy.
